Our majors develop the skills to become great problem solvers, allowing them to excel when they enter the workforce. 物理学学位, 天文学, 和 工程 open the door to vast opportunities from industrial settings 和 government labs to schools 和 college campuses.

I truly enjoyed how the physics department at bet36365体育 was almost like a small family. Everyone very much knew each other 和 were supportive of one another. The professors were all great 和 very personable. It was very easy to discuss topics with them 和 to work on getting a better underst和ing of what we happened to be studying. It was great to exp和 my knowledge not only in 工程 but also other areas of physics as well. Without the 工程 Foundations program, I likely would not be where I am today. I am currently working at Commonwealth Electric Company of the Midwest. 一旦我从北卡罗来纳大学毕业, I will then move into a full-time electrical 工程 position with Commonwealth 和 work under their head engineer.
